Arrived at Dengemarsh around 7.30 and immediately saw one of the purple herons fly out of the reed bed,it did not reappear until 1015,when it flew into a dyke alongside the road,a few minutes later it took to the air again and luckily flew quite close allowing excellent views.If this is climate change in action its not all bad is it.
